Hi, my name is Olivia. I'm from France (north of France). I was a lawyer before I became a pastry cheffe. I was trained in Ferrandi and Lutetia in Paris. I moved in Abu Dhabi in January 2024 when I started my pastry chef position in the Sofitel. I love my job and love teach my passion to others.
