Refund Policy for Happy Together (FZE)

At Happy Together (FZE) , we strive to provide exceptional event services and experiences. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, we have outlined our Refund Policy, which applies to all event bookings. By booking with us, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General No Refunds Policy

  • No Refunds: Once payment for an event has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, no-shows, or any weather-related disruptions. Clients acknowledge and agree that payments are non-refundable.
  • Reason for No Refunds: Given the customized nature of our event services and the resources allocated to each event upon booking, we do not provide refunds once payment is processed. This policy ensures that we can continue providing high-quality service to all clients.

2. Event Credit for Future Events

  • Eligibility for Event Credit: In certain cases, event credit may be issued for a future event hosted by Happy Together (FZE) if the client cannot attend the scheduled event or needs to reschedule.
    • The event credit will be equal to the amount paid for the original event and can be used for future events within one year from the original event date. This credit is non-transferable and can only be applied to future events organized by Happy Together (FZE).
  • Conditions for Event Credit: To qualify for event credit, the client must notify Happy Together (FZE) in writing at least 2 days before the event. Event credits will not be issued if the client does not provide written notice within the specified time frame.
  • Non-Refundable Credits: Event credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are intended to be used for future events and cannot be transferred to another individual or group.

3. Non-Attendance or No-Show

  • No-Show Policy: If the client or attendee fails to attend the event, no refund or event credit will be issued. It is the responsibility of the client and their attendees to ensure their participation.
  • Special Circumstances (Exception Policy): In exceptional cases, such as a medical emergency, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients may request an event credit by providing appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note or proof of emergency). This request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Happy Together (FZE).
    • Clients acknowledge that any event credit issued under these circumstances is at the discretion of Happy Together (FZE) and may be subject to limitations.

4. Weather-Related Changes

  • Weather-Related Postponements or Cancellations: If weather conditions, such as extreme heat, storms, or other force majeure events, cause the event to be postponed or rescheduled, no refunds will be issued. Clients will be offered event credit for a future event, to be used within one year from the original event date.
  • No Guarantee of Indoor Venues: While we will make every effort to find a suitable indoor venue or alternative arrangements for weather-related disruptions, clients acknowledge that availability is not guaranteed. In the event of weather-related changes, our responsibility is limited to providing event credit for a future event. \

5. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

  • Exceptional Refund Requests: While our general policy does not provide refunds, in exceptional circumstances (e.g., failure to provide agreed-upon services), Happy Together (FZE) may consider issuing a partial refund or event credit.
    • Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
      • If Happy Together (FZE) fails to provide the contracted services or materially breaches the event agreement.
      • If the event is canceled by Happy Together (FZE) and no alternative solution or rescheduling is possible.
  • Refund Request Process: Clients wishing to request a refund under exceptional circumstances must submit a written request with supporting documentation. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to Happy Together (FZE)'s discretion.

6. Communication of Event Credit or Refund Decision

  • Request Process: To request event credit or a refund consideration, clients must contact Happy Together (FZE) via email and provide the necessary details. We will review the request and respond within 5 days.
  • Notification of Changes: Clients will be informed promptly via email or phone if an event is postponed or rescheduled due to weather or other factors. Any event credit issued will be communicated at that time.

7. Force Majeure

  • Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government restrictions, Happy Together (FZE) will not be liable for event cancellations, rescheduling, or delays.
    • In such cases, Happy Together (FZE) will offer event credit for a future event, but no refunds will be issued.

8. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Policy

By booking with Happy Together (FZE), the client acknowledges and accepts the terms of this No Refund policy. Clients understand that no refunds will be issued except in exceptional cases, as described in this policy. Clients also agree to the event credit terms, which are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for up to one year from the original event date.
