About our host: Jana
Jana's health and lifestyle journey started 25 years ago in Slovakia when she became certified Massage Therapist of different styles and shortly after that she certified herself as Aromatherapist, Reflexology Therapist and Lymphatic system Therapist.
Her journey then spread through European continent and continued to Egypt where she spent 7 years before she moved to UAE.
As Massage Therapist she was very often meeting with lot of injuries which were rooted in wrong style of training, what led her to deepen her knowledge by becoming certified Personal Trainer of Level 2 and Level 3. During this journey of her life she realised the importance of inclusion of elderly community into active lifestyle and especially community of people who suffer from different nervous system disorders. In order to help this community of people profesionally she certified herself as Professional Trainer of People with Neurological Conditions.
Later on she found a beauty in Yoga and became a certified 500hrs Yoga Instructor. Along this journey she noticed how important is the inclusion of children and youth in a healthy lifestyle, especially nowadays. This realisation led her to extend her education and she became a certified Kid's Yoga Instructor.
