Hello, I'm Olga, a professional with a rich background in service excellence and etiquette. I graduated from the Austrian School of Higher Etiquette in 2022 and am certified as an Etiquette Teacher for both adults and children. I have participated in the Afternoon Tea Masterclass by The English Manner in London, UK, and am currently progressing through Grade 1 of their Train the Trainer module.
My career spans over a decade in the UAE, where I have developed my expertise in designing and improving various hospitality standards, including VIPs management. My work has taken me around the globe, enriching my cultural insights and providing the opportunity to have guest’s interaction with impeccable etiquette.
I am passionate about hospitality, modern manners, and etiquette, believing that they are essential for fostering meaningful connections and living your best life.
